Sareet is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher with over 15 years experience in the field. Her experience in both counseling and yoga has led her to believe that engaging both the mind and the body facilitates greater change in the individual. Sareet specializes in trauma resolution, addiction and depression with both individuals and couples.
Over a decade ago, yoga became an integral part of Debbie's life. She left a Marketing and Advertising career to fully dedicate herself to yoga and founded InVision Yoga in 2009 teaching Integrated Hatha style.
