During integrated-massage sessions, Sarah combines Swedish relaxation techniques with trigger-point therapy, deep-tissue massage, and stretching to loosen muscles and subdue pain. As a prenatal-certified therapist, Sarah also specializes in Hot Stone Therapy and can treat expectant mothers suffering from nausea, back pain, and stress through targeted kneading.
Liz Hargis, owner of The Almond Tree Spa, has always had a love for helping women feel beautiful about themselves. Eric S. Moser, MA, LMHC of Satori Psychotherapy, works with all ages across a variety of mental health concerns, most notably with anxiety and trauma.
