Sareet is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher with over 15 years experience in the field. Her experience in both counseling and yoga has led her to believe that engaging both the mind and the body facilitates greater change in the individual. Sareet specializes in trauma resolution, addiction and depression with both individuals and couples.
During integrated-massage sessions, Sarah combines Swedish relaxation techniques with trigger-point therapy, deep-tissue massage, and stretching to loosen muscles and subdue pain.
